If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and your product is in unused condition and original packaging, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving for an exchange or a refund to the original method of payment. In this case, you need to pay for the return shipping fee to our return address in the selling country. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the Lifewit Product is not functioning properly, please contact us at support@Lifewit.com. We strive to provide you with high quality products and services. Lifewit may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, when it is confirmed to be a manufacture issue, we will provide a free replacement or full refund to you.
Additionally, all Lifewit Products include a 2-Year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to warranty page for details.
We only replace items if they are quality defective or packing damaged. If you purchased wrong size or color and want to exchange it, please send us an email at email@example.com, as to the details of the replacement, we depend on the situation.
